I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist practicing in Louisville. I specialize in romantic and nonromantic relationship difficulties, such as disconnection, conflict, divorce or breakups, anxiety about dating, difficulties expressing emotion, or simply trouble connecting to people in general. I also provide treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, heath-related concerns such as chronic pain or overeating, and life transitions. I am an LGBTQ ally and have experience working with trans clients.
I earned my doctorate at Emory University, completed a clinical internship at the University of California, Berkeley, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. I specialize in interpersonal, dynamic, and mindfulness-based psychotherapy. I provide supervision and consultation for graduate students and other professionals training in psychotherapy. I am also an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Bellarmine University, where I teach Health Psychology and Lifespan Development.
In my free time I enjoy walking in Cherokee Park with my husband, sons, and dog.
