Mindfulness meditation is a collection of practices that teaches us to slow down, relax, and live in the present moment. Practicing mindfulness has many benefits, such as decreasing stress and worry, easing pain and discomfort in the body, and increasing fulfillment and meaning in everyday life. I integrate mindfulness into my psychotherapy practice. I also teach mindfulness meditation to individuals and groups.
